Little Champs1: Highland Beach Ages 6–7

The full Gracie Barra kids curriculum — real takedowns, positions, escapes, and age-appropriate self-defense

Structured for 6–7 year olds specifically — not a mixed-age class where younger students are overwhelmed

The belt-and-stripe progression system at full operation — clear benchmarks, visible progress, earned achievement

Accommodates children from Tiny Champs and children joining for the first time at six — the curriculum builds from the ground up

Improved focus and listening at school — parents from Boca Raton and Delray Beach report this consistently within the first months

Physical conditioning through functional movement — coordination, balance, agility, and beginning strength development
