Deerfield Beach students ages 10–14 in the Juniors program train at near-adult intensity, building toward future adult training and, for those interested, competition. The program develops composure under pressure — a skill Deerfield Beach High School athletes and student leaders consistently apply outside the gym. The Gracie Barra belt system gives students meaningful milestones to pursue.
